RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy on cleaning products ONLY and a NO RETURN policy on perishable goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@islandhome.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a proof of refund, as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Should you prefer an in store return we'll also be happy to help.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as certain drinks, opened snacks), special order products (including personalized or special order products) personal care goods (such as beauty and feminine products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, should your payment method be cash sale in store you can come in store or we can issue you a store credit via gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SHIPPING INFO
Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery is the charge for internet order processing ,item selection, pricing, transport and handling. We do not guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries are Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm. Shipping and delivery charges are subject to change and can differ from local and Island deliveries when you order. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next business delivery day. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed and approved before 1pm (EST). Orders you place with Island Home after 1pm (EST) on Saturday and any time on Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday and scheduled for delivery should it be available. Charges may be added to orders if we try unsuccessfully to delivery your order more than twice. We will not be able to hold our delivery times if the weather conditions are bad in which case your order can be delayed for the next available delivery time once the weather permits.
